Shannen likes to spend her free time with friends and family, enjoys live music and almost always has a concert lined up!  

Shannen has a diploma in Police Foundations from Humber College. She has an interest in anything true crime and wants to become a Private Investigator.

With 12 years of competitive cheerleading under her belt, she understands the effect that sports can have on someone’s body, and the importance of keeping her body moving. Going to the gym and doing resistance training has become a passion of hers since leaving the sport!
